Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Locum Tenens
Overview:
Mass General Brigham is seeking CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage for ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries at a nationally ranked Harvard-affiliated specialty hospital. This role focuses on high-acuity airway and specialty surgical cases in a collaborative academic setting.
Compensation:
$260/hr
Assignment Details
Start: June 28, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Coverage needed July September and ongoing
Seeking providers available for 4+ shifts per week
Minimum availability: 2 shifts per week
Schedule
Monday Friday
12:00 PM 8:00 PM
No weekends
No call
Practice Details
Setting: Acute Care / Academic Specialty Hospital
EMR: Epic
Harvard-affiliated institution
High-acuity ENT and ophthalmology patient population
Responsibilities
Provide general and regional anesthesia
Manage difficult/high-risk airways
Support ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries
Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams
Perform anesthesia assessment, implementation, and monitoring
Case Types
ENT surgeries
Ophthalmology procedures
Head & neck surgeries
Skull base procedures
Pediatric eye procedures
Difficult airway cases
Requirements
NBCRNA Certified Required
Active Massachusetts License Required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS Required
Epic experience preferred
Teaching hospital experience preferred
Open to new grads
Additional Information
Parking allowance: $17/day
Bill rate is all-inclusive
Limited summer vacation approval (maximum 1 week)
Optional teaching and academic opportunities available
