Mobile Device Rollout Engineer x 2/3
- Initial 3-4 Month Contract
- South Wales
- Outside IR35
- Rate: TBC
Immediate Start
I'm looking to speak with experienced Mobile Device Rollout / EUC Engineers for a large scale mobile refresh project covering a few thousand devices.It's a proper hands on rollout, getting new iPhones staged and configured, going out to site to replace the existing devices and making sure users are fully up and running before moving onto the next one.You'll deal with any issues around setup, enrolment and access as they come up, escalating anything more complex where needed.Anyone who's worked on a big refresh project will know the initial device count isn't always where it finishes either, with extra users and devices often coming into scope once the rollout starts, so there could be some longevity in it.Reach out if:
- You've got strong experience in IT hardware, mobile device or EUC rollout projects
- You're confident supporting iPhones and iOS within a corporate environment
- You've got experience with Intune, JAMF or another MDM platform
- You're comfortable with device staging, provisioning, enrolment and troubleshooting
- You understand Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA and user authentication
- You're confident supporting end users and happy working in a hands on deployment environment
