Pathway Legal is working with a boutique commercial law firm in Belfast city centre to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate.

The firm handles high-value, complex commercial litigation of the kind typically undertaken by larger commercial firms in Belfast and Dublin. This opportunity offers close involvement in substantial disputes, alongside scope to grow into a more senior role within the practice.

The Role

You will work closely with a Partner and Legal Director, supporting them on high-value and complex commercial litigation matters.

The role offers the opportunity to develop your experience within a specialist practice whose wider work includes corporate and commercial transactions, business acquisitions and restructuring.

The Person

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with relevant commercial litigation experience who is keen to develop their expertise and progress within a boutique firm.

You will bring:

• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills. A careful and organised approach to complex legal matters. The ability to work closely with senior colleagues and build effective client relationships. An interest in taking on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

The Opportunity

• Exposure to high-value, complex commercial disputes. Close working relationship with a Partner and Legal Director. Scope to progress into a more senior role within the firm. Belfast city centre location.
