PATIENT INFORMATION

FACILITY INFORMATION

  • EMR System: ModMed



PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Credentialing Timeline: 3-4 months (TBD)



REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Vitreoretinal surgical procedures





JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses: Active NV license or Universal License (IMLC)


  • Board: Board Certified in Ophthalmology; fellowship trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery (Retina)


  • DEA: Required



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose and medically manage retinal diseases


  • Perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures independently


  • Provide clinic coverage including patient consultations and follow-ups


  • Participate in clinic call rotation (1:7)


  • Utilize ModMed EMR for documentation
