We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Supervisor for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Kingman, Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to advance their laboratory career while enjoying a consistent Monday Friday day shift.
Position Details:
Location: Kingman, AZ 86401
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: $40 $52/hour
Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200 $108,160
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science required
ASCP, AMT, or NCCLS certification required- Strong microbiology laboratory knowledge
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the microbiology department
- Supervising and supporting laboratory staff
- Ensuring accurate and timely testing
- Assisting with scheduling, training, competencies, and workflow
- Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance standards
