Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW)
Canton, Illinois
We re hiring a Licensed Therapist who wants meaningful patient relationships, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a real difference in behavioral health.
You ll step into an outpatient role providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. You ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• One weekly late day on Thursday, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
• No call or weekends
• Manageable caseload of approximately 6 8 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $65,166 $80,787
• Medical insurance with 95% employer-paid employee premium and 50% employer-paid dependent premium
