In this role, you'll provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. About this location:
Living in Lillooet offers a unique blend of natural beauty, rich culture, and a slower pace of life. Nestled between rugged mountains and the Fraser River, the community is known for its warm climate, stunning landscapes, and access to outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and camping. Lillooet has a close-knit, welcoming feel where you can truly get to know your neighbours and make a meaningful impact in the community. The town has a deep Indigenous and gold rush history, adding to its cultural richness and sense of place. It's an ideal setting for those who value connection, nature, and a balanced way of life.
