  • Support Staff Available: 3 Medical Assistants, 1 LPN, 1 Surgical Scheduler, 3 Front Office Staff, 1 Practice Manager


  • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage



PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes


  • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs


  • Credentialing Timeline: Temporary privileges available for clean files; full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start



REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)


  • Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology


  • DEA: Yes


  • Experience: 3 years minimum



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general urology outpatient care in the clinic.


  • Perform hospital rounds and consultations during daytime hours.


  • Conduct urologic procedures including ureteroscopies.


  • Manage OR surgical schedule alongside clinic duties.


  • Supervise support staff including medical assistants and office personnel.
