Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
- IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exception, required at presentation
- Board Certified

Benefits:
- 2-year income guarantee: $400,000 per year plus productivity incentives
