Requirements:
- Must be Board certified in hand surgery or a Truly board eligible - REQUIRED
- Must have completed an Orthopedic residency - REQUIRED
- Must have fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery - REQUIRED
- Have an active license in both Iowa and Illinois - Preferrred. but will review new licensing candidates too!
- Strong clinical and surgical expertise with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care - REQUIRED
- Open to both graduating fellows and experienced hand surgeons
- Does the provider require visa support - H-1B cap exempt (Note in Additional Submission Details) - REQUIRED
- Submit Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days from submission at time of presentation-
REQUIRED - Board Certified

Benefits:
Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
Straight production compensation model starting in Year 3
Earning potential exceeding $1 million annually
