Part Time Compliance Administrator

My client are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to support their construction business with compliance, certifications, audits, procurement, and accounts administration.

This is a varied role suited to a strong all-round administrator who can work independently while ensuring key business processes and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance records, certifications, and accreditations.
• Support external audits and compliance reviews.
• Assist with tender and pre-qualification documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier records.
• Process invoices and provide general accounts administration support.
• Maintain company databases, files, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and certification bodies.

About You

• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or a related industry.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting compliance, audits, procurement, or accounts administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

The role is primarily home-based, with office attendance typically required once every two weeks. Additional office attendance may be required during busy periods, including audits, major tender submissions, and compliance reviews.
