Compliance Surveyor


£47,380 - £53,560 per annum 18-Month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid 1 Day in Office Per Week




TristoneNash are working with a leading housing provider to recruit an experienced Compliance Surveyor on an 18-month fixed term contract.



This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified compliance professional to play a key role in ensuring homes and buildings meet all relevant statutory, regulatory and safety requirements.





Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake compliance surveys and inspections across the housing stock, ensuring properties meet relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and monitor compliance programmes, identifying risks, deficiencies and required remedial actions.
  • Complete PCFRAs (Property Compliance Fire Risk Assessments) and ensure actions are appropriately recorded and followed through.
  • Support the management and development of TIO - the organisation's digital block passport, ensuring building information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure all relevant evidence is captured.
  • Identify and report areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations and supporting remedial works.
  • Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance works are delivered to the required standards and timescales.
  • Provide technical advice and support on property compliance, risk and building safety matters.
  • Contribute to audits, inspections, reporting and assurance activities.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulation and best practice.





About You


We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Compliance Surveyor with experience within housing, property compliance or a related environment.



You will have a good understanding of statutory compliance, building safety and risk management, with the ability to undertake inspections, identify risks and provide clear technical advice.
