- Provide care for patients on a 17-bed pediatric floor and in the newborn nursery (supporting 2400 annual deliveries)
- Round on patients during 24-hour shifts, including call from home/hotel
- Collaborate with daytime Advanced Practice Providers and a network of pediatric subspecialists (UVA, INOVA, Children's National)
- Engage in teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participate in block scheduling for per diem coverage
