PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Case Mix: Electrophysiology procedures, device implants, ablations



FACILITY INFORMATION

  • EMR System: Epic


  • Support Staff Available: MAs, APPs, Device RNs



PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days



REQUIRED PROCEDURES
afib ablations, device implants (high and low voltage), SVT ablations, etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: BC/BE in Electrophysiology


  • Licenses: Active WA License (preferred) or Universal License (IMLC) with LOQ (required)


  • DEA: Active DEA certification


  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS


  • Experience: Completion of Electrophysiology fellowship required



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform EP procedures including afib ablations, device implants, SVT ablations.


  • Provide EP service and clinic visits.


  • See new consults and follow-ups.


  • Manage transfer of care patients.


  • Provide general cardiology call coverage on weekends if assigned.
