Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant - UK (Remote) - c£55K
A Microsoft Dynamics specialist is looking to appoint a Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant to support the delivery and ongoing development of its Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience who enjoys working directly with customers, gathering requirements, configuring solutions and supporting users throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll work across multiple Dynamics 365 projects, combining hands-on system configuration with stakeholder engagement, user training and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and engage with customers and key stakeholders
- Participate in workshops and shadow customer processes to understand business requirements
- Deliver onsite and remote professional services across Dynamics 365 projects
- Configure and build solutions across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Build and configure Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Support customers with their Dynamics 365 platforms and ongoing development
- Provide user support and training across Dynamics 365 solutions
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform
- Experience in a support, administration, functional or consultancy capacity
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience supporting and training Dynamics 365 users
- Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
