Location: Midlands - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite
We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to join a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role - approximately 70% coding/architecture and 30% leading an onshore and offshore development team.
The Role
- Design and build applications using Node.js, React and TypeScript.
- Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions.
- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers.
- Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards.
- Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product and Business teams.
About You
You'll have strong commercial experience with:
Node.js - essential
React 18+ and TypeScript - essential- REST APIs and modern application architecture
AWS and PostgreSQL- Docker, Git and CI/CD
- Leading or mentoring development teams
Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices experience would be advantageous.
The Opportunity

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you'll need to work 2-3 days per week onsite in the Midlands.
