Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician
Ref: BM341
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the midlands leading RIBA chartered practices who offer award-winning design services to the residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
- Proficient with Revit
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Experience managing projects within the Healthcare sector
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Chartered or working towards CIAT membership is desirable
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
