Associate Dentist Private Practice in Central Maine
Join a thriving, privately owned dental group in Winslow, Maine, just north of Augusta. This established practice seeks an experienced Associate Dentist to join a busy office with an established patient base and strong earning potential. Enjoy the stability and benefits of a larger dental organization while keeping the feel of a private practice.
Earn the greater of $850 per day or 33% of adjusted collections, increasing to 35% on monthly collections exceeding $100,000. The practice offers a 4-day workweek (Monday Thursday), a steady flow of new patients monthly, health benefits, a 401(k), and future partnership and equity opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience and a desire to establish a long-term career with a growing organization.
