Are you an experienced Electrician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a talented and driven Electrician & Team Leader to lead electrical projects, inspire a skilled team, and help deliver outstanding results across our operations.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Electrician & Team Leader for Lyons Holiday Parks, you'll play a key role in ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of electricians and technicians to deliver exceptional workmanship throughout our 22 parks
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of facilities and equipment
Using industry-standard hand and power tools to complete work safely and accurately
Carrying out inspections, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Ensuring all electrical activities comply with current health & safety legislation, regulations, and company standards
Coaching and mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence
Working closely with project managers to plan projects, allocate resources, and meet deadlines
Maintaining accurate records of completed work, materials used, and safety inspections
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys developing others while delivering high-quality electrical solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Fully qualified Electrician with proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
Full driving license
Previous experience leading teams, supervising projects, or managing site activities
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, industry standards, and safe working practices
Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Relevant UK-recognised electrical qualifications and certifications
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
