AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Call: None
Rotation:- Every other Monday for podiatry cases
- Every other Monday for podiatry cases
Coverage Type: Locums
Position Structure: Shared role between LaGrange and Noble locations
LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
Board Certification: Required
Certifications:
ACLS
BLS
PALS
Case Logs:
Required- Must show experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks
CLINICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Spinals: Required
Regional Blocks: Required
Epidurals: Required
Proficiency: Must be comfortable independently performing all above

- Pediatrics
- Urology
- Trauma
- Ophthalmology
- General Surgery
- GYN
- Orthopedics
Noble Location:
- Endoscopy
- OB/GYN
- Pediatrics

PRACTICE SETTING
Supervision:- MDs onsite
Little to no supervision
Providers per Day:- Each site: 1 MD / 1 CRNA
- Each site: 1 MD / 1 CRNA
Operating Rooms:- LaGrange: 2 ORs
- Noble: 3 ORs
- LaGrange: 2 ORs
EMR: Epic
