Leasing Agent Job Description: Wrighthaven Square is a brand new garden-style apartment community located within Libbie Mill - Midtown in Henrico County, Virginia. This exciting new development will feature 336 modern apartment homes across 15 three - and four-story residential buildings, along with a clubhouse amenity building and resort-style pool. Apartment homes will feature contemporary finishes and architecture that complement the surrounding community.

We are looking to add a Leasing Agent with previous residential leasing experience to our team. As a leasing agent you will greet prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, answer incoming phone calls and handle accordingly. You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and assist in creative and efficient ways to market the property and be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other common areas of the property. The ideal Leasing Agent candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field OR
  


• Minimum of one year experience in leasing and property management or combination of education and experience


• Good leasing and/or closing skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Team player

Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
