Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and site performanceHire, train, coach, and develop team membersEnsure excellent customer service and wash qualityCreate schedules and manage staffing levelsHandle customer concerns and resolve issuesOversee cash handling, inventory, and reportingCoordinate equipment maintenance and repairsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
