Recruitment Specialist - Chichester
Up to £30,000 + Commission
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a growing team in Chichester, specialising in recruiting professionals across care, early years and education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter, or someone with strong sales/customer-facing experience looking to develop a career in recruitment.
The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Meet recruitment and business development targets
About You:
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential
- Experience within care, early years, education or a similar sector is highly beneficial
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, organised and commercially focused
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Full training and support provided
Package: Up to £30,000 + commission (OTE £45,000)
Location: Chichester - office based.
