Residential Surveyor £50K - £60K Basic + Upto £70K OTE Remote Working Healthcare
AssocRICS qualified with experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys and looking for a remote role with excellent earning potential and career progression?
We're recruiting for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our client's growing team covering the Belfast area.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company offering remote working, career progression and support to develop your skills and experience in Level 3 Surveys.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys, with full training provided if required
- Complete Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading software
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
- Maintain high professional standards while managing your own workload
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
