Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Ref: BM330
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Sevenoaks.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree within architectural technology or another related discipline
- Strong post qualification as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Chartered or working towards CIAT Chartership
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Job running experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Sevenoaks area
