Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students with a range of special educational needs, supporting them to access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful academic and social progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of special educational needs.
Develop and implement individual learning plans aligned with EHCP targets.
Support students with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO, and external professionals to support student development.
Monitor, assess, and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies where required.
Create a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes engagement and independence.

Requirements:
QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
