Requirements:


  • Board Certified Current APRN national specialty certification - REQUIRED (NO exemptions attach in documents)


  • Must Board Certified Neonatal NP (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) - REQUIRED


  • Minimum of a Master's Degree - REQUIRED


  • Active MO License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED


  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation


  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED


  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) REQUIRED no exemptions


  • CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) REQUIRED no exemptions


  • Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner)
