Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller - Accounting & Finance Work directly for a growing specialty manufacturing company with a broad operational footprint. This key leadership role oversees corporate accounting and finance while also providing leadership for human resources, working closely with the executive team on financial and organizational priorities. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead accounting and finance operations, including month-end/year-end close, cash flow management, financial reporting, tax filings, and banking/financing activities. Oversee and develop the accounting team while ensuring compliance with applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Direct human resources activities, including benefits, 401(k), performance management, employee relations, and company policies. Partner with the executive team, outside accounting firm, employees, vendors, and customers on financial and organizational matters. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor"s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility. 5+ years of management and human resources experience. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with knowledge of applicable tax and employment regulations. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience leading accounting and finance functions within a manufacturing or similarly operationally complex organization. Experience managing, coaching, and developing accounting and administrative teams.
