Contract HR Generalist

Job Duties & Responsibilities -Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for assigned positions. -Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. -Support HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, and employee records maintenance. -Assist with employee relations, compliance initiatives, performance management, training programs, policy updates, and mandatory training tracking. Required Skills & Experience -Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience with recruiting responsibilities. Experience using HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), along with knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. -Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to support multiple HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. Preferred Skills & Experience -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. -High-volume recruiting experience, exposure to employee relations or HR operations, and/or SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
