The right candidate understands industrial construction and fabrication, can make decisions independently, and knows how to keep projects moving when conditions change.

We are looking for someone who already has the technical knowledge, field experience, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills required to manage complex projects.

Formal Project Manager experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with significant experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, Field Supervisor, Fabrication Supervisor, or other construction leader who has independently coordinated projects, crews, customers, and field operations.

This is not a training position. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage projects with a high level of independence.

Identify and remove obstacles that impact field productivity.
Maintain control of project scope, schedule, cost, and execution.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and on-site engagement.
Conduct regular project updates and communicate changes promptly.
Keep customers informed throughout every phase of the project.
Clarify project scope, expectations, and changes with customers and internal teams.
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers throughout the life of the project.

Clearly communicate project expectations, priorities, and deadlines.
Provide direction to field leadership and crews when challenges arise.
Hold team members accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and communication.
Address performance and execution issues directly.
Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, and accountability.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality control.
Identify and resolve quality issues before they impact project completion.
Ensure compliance with food-grade stainless steel fabrication requirements when applicable.
Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
Take immediate action when safety or quality issues threaten the project.

Financial & Project Controls

Monitor labor hours, project budgets, costs, and profitability.
Track project performance against budget and schedule.
Identify potential cost overruns and take corrective action.
Identify and pursue potential change orders when project scope changes.
Protect project gross margins through proactive planning and communication.
Maintain accurate project documentation for billing and reporting.
Communicate financial or operational issues that could affect project profitability.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, Foremen, and field crews.
Coordinate multiple trades and resources to keep projects moving.
Generate project status updates and performance reports.
Identify recurring issues and implement practical solutions.
Recommend improvements to company systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
