Salary: £13.15

Deputise in manager's absence and perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties associated with working in a catering environment.

Essential

• Experience leading, motivating and supervising Teams within similar environment.
• Catering/Foodservice experience
• Good communication skills to be able to liaise with customers & colleagues

Desirable

• Competent in IT
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering or customer service or relevant area
• Experience of working in a busy customer facing role
• Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
