Financial Analyst - Belfast (Exclusive)
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.
The Company:
Our client is a global, innovation-led technology and manufacturing organisation with an international presence. With continued investment in innovation, advanced manufacturing and research and development, the organisation is undergoing significant growth and transformation.This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing finance function in a commercially focused role, partnering closely with senior operational leaders and gaining exposure to a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities.
The Rewards:
As the successful Financial Analyst, you will receive:
£50,000-£60,000 base salary + extensive benefits;
Annual bonus (10%);
Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);
Opportunity to work within a global, technology-led organisation.
The Role:
As the successful Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for:
Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning cycles;
Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand spending trends and business activity;
Supporting R&D financial analysis and R&D spend reporting;
Continuous improvement of financial controls & processes;
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis;
Other duties as outlined in the full job description
The Person:
The successful Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience;
Strong IT and Advanced Excel skills;
Strong stakeholder management experience.
