Apprenticeship Services Co-ordinator

Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for supporting learners and employers? We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship Services Co-ordinator to join a busy apprenticeship team.
Role Details
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 7.4 hours per week
Contract until: 27/11/2026
Pay Rate: Competitive and dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate apprenticeship enrolments and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate learner records and apprenticeship data
Support compliance and audit requirements
Liaise with employers, apprentices, and internal teams
Produce reports and support data validation activities
Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Level 2 English & Maths (GCSE or equivalent)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience using databases or management information systems
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
