New Opportunities for a part-time Administrator based in Downpatrick.
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Downpatrick area. This is an ongoing temporary post.
The role is based at Struell Lodge, offering 25 hours per week over 5 days with a flexible work pattern of 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm
Rate of pay is £12.75 per hour
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support, including handling telephone and email enquiries, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, data entry, filing, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a professional, customer-focused service and smooth running of the department.
These roles are ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills, good IT ability, and previous administrative experience who are looking for stable, ongoing opportunities within a supportive team environment.
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSE's (A-C Grade including English & Maths)
- 1 years administrative / clerical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel or equivalent.
