Locums Walk-In Clinic APP (NP or PA) Wisconsin Rapids, WI (WI license)
Why This Role

- No call, walk-in clinic
- Board eligible welcome
- Ongoing need, multiple providers accepted - locums-to-perm potential
- Start/end: Starts 10/1, ongoing; 1 FTE (can be multiple providers)
- Schedule: Walk-in hours M-F 7a-7p, weekends/holidays 8a-1p; full shifts plus documentation time; no call
- Coverage type: Outpatient walk-in clinic
- Volume: 20+ patients/shift; 10 beds
- Setting: Walk-in clinic; stroke certified
- Support: 3 RNs, 1 MA, 2 PA/NPs, 2 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days
- Required scope: Walk-in clinic coverage for adults and pediatrics
- Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients
- Board certified or board eligible NP or PA
- License: WI required
- BLS
- Active DEA
- Rate negotiable, open to your number
- Malpractice provided
- Travel and lodging reimbursed
