Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Norwich, CT Monday-Friday Wound Care Hyperbaric Medicine Outpatient-BasedA Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine program in Norwich, Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care and support hyperbaric oxygen therapy services.Opportunity Highlights:
- Wound Care APP role
- Provide comprehensive wound diagnosis, evaluation, and assessment
- Manage assigned wound care patients and coordinate care with nursing, nutrition, medication management, dressings, and adjunctive wound therapies
- Support hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments
- Order and interpret appropriate labs, imaging studies, and related diagnostic testing
- Complete progress notes, chart review, data tracking, and required medical documentation
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Training in Hyperbaric Therapy will be provided

- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a Physician Assistant or nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Wound care certification or wound care experience preferred
- Hyperbaric Therapy experience preferred, but training will be provided
- ACLS certification or ability to maintain ACLS preferred
- Strong documentation, care coordination, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
