We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Foreman
to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects in the Rock Hill, SC area.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can read electrical plans, coordinate crews, maintain jobsite safety, and make sure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard of quality.


Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices, and helpers.

  • Manage daily electrical field operations and crew assignments.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.

  • Layout and install conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, equipment, and electrical systems.

  • Ensure work is completed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC), project specifications, and safety requirements.

  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.

  • Track materials, tools, manpower, and job progress.

  • Troubleshoot electrical installation issues in the field.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

  • Train and mentor less-experienced electricians.

  • Perform quality-control inspections and correct deficiencies.


Qualifications





  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred.


  • Previous Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician experience.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction and the NEC.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.

  • Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively with project management and customers.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

  • OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
