Details:
• Serve a community through a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital & a 60-bed Long-Term Care facility, including an 11-bed memory care unit
• Diverse practice w/ 70% retail & 30% hospital pharmacy responsibilities
• Provide medication management & clinical support for long-term care residents & nursing home patients
• Daily prescription volume of 70-80, allowing for personalized, patient-centered care
• Collaborate directly w/ physicians, nurses, & other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy & improve outcomes
• Practice at the top of your license w/ meaningful clinical involvement & decision-making authority
Growth Opportunities
• Work closely w/ the Director of Pharmacy on departmental initiatives & strategic planning
• Play a key role in service expansion, operational improvements, & new patient care programs
• Help drive pharmacy innovation & enhance patient outcomes
• Develop leadership skills while making a lasting impact on the organization & community
Package:
• $115K-$166K based on experience
• Sign-on bonus & relocation
