Description:

- Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am (8-hour shifts)
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical systems and instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to perform installations and repairs accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support process improvements and ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment inventories.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new electrical and instrumentation systems and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
- Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and is seldom absent from work.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience as an E&I Technician or in a similar role in an industrial setting.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Proficient in the use of testing and diagnostic equipment, such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and calibrators.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) automation systems integration, and HMI's.
- Competent in 120/220/480V wiring for in installations and troubleshooting systems and circuits
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in electrical/instrumentation technology required.
Typical Physical and Mental Demands/Work Environment:
- Work full shifts in areas where temperatures may exceed 100 F during summer months.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently climb, bend, reach, squat, twist, push, and pull.
- Lift and carry materials weighing approximately 50+ lbs.
- Work around manufacturing machinery, noise, dust, and other production conditions.
- Maintaining physical endurance throughout extended shifts.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Wear required PPE (steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) and maintain attention and productivity throughout duration of shift.
