Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology



Position Type:


Specialty: Physician -

Location: Savannah, GA .

Shift: Attractive full-time schedule designed to promote work-life balance (specific hours not stated)



Position Details:


Patient Population: Neonates, including critically ill and premature infants

Setting: Level IV NICU

Responsibilities: Provide advanced neonatal care; manage critically ill and premature neonates; participate in multidisciplinary neonatal care planning; work collaboratively with neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and pediatric subspecialists; support regional neonatal referral services; contribute to family-centered neonatal care; participate in professional development; maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital standards.

Required Procedures:


Support Staff: 9 Neonatologists, 8 Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Pediatric Subspecialists, Resident Physicians



Submission Requirements:



  • Current APRN national specialty certification - Required

  • Minimum of a master s degree - Required

  • GA Medical License (or willingness to obtain) - Required

  • Neonatology training/fellowship - Required
