Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Position Type:

Location: Carrollton , GA .

Shift: 16-hour and 24-hour shifts covering NICU and newborn unit responsibilities across scheduled rotations

Position Details:


Patient Population: Newborns, including premature and critically ill infants

Setting: Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery

Responsibilities: Provide advanced neonatal care; manage high-acuity newborns; provide daily coverage in the newborn nursery; collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams; perform neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning; support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge; contribute to patient-centered neonatal care.

• Current APRN national specialty certification Required
