HR Business Partner

37 hours per week

Monday to Friday with flexi hours and hybrid working

Based at our Head Office, Belfast City Centre

Salary: £39,377.83 - £44,426.27 dependent on experience plus £350 City Centre Allowance per annum

About the role

The role is generalist in nature covering the full remit of the HR Business Partner including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and learning and development.

The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: -

  • Partner with line managers in effectively managing and leading their teams and create accountability through constructive challenge and an assertive approach to influence decision making
  • Manage employee relations proactively in a positive, professional and empathetic way.
  • To attract and retain the top talent by following effective and efficient recruitment processes which provides a great experience for all stakeholders.
  • Help promote a learning culture where people are excited to continue to develop and learn.
  • Support and advise colleagues in all staff related matters including all core HR topics.
  • Create and promote a positive culture in line with our social purpose and values


About you

You will have sound experience gained in a similar HR role, but it is also about having the right attitude including an affinity with our social purpose, values, a curious and open mindset, and a passion for people.
