Dining Server - Colebrook Village
Location: Hebron, CT 06248
Colebrook Village is seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Server to join our team in Hebron, CT. As a Dining Server, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Responsibilities- Greet residents and guests warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after meals.
- Assist residents with special dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any dining-related issues professionally.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
