Looking for a steady schedule, weekly pay, and a job where you can grow? Our Aurora Distribution Center is looking for a Lift Driver to join our team immediately.
As a Lift Driver, you'll play an important role in getting products safely and efficiently where they need to go. You'll unload and receive incoming shipments, operate warehouse equipment, and pick and pull furniture from storage locations-including using a standing lift to reach products up to 40 feet above ground level.

What We Offer
Tuesday-Saturday schedule: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Weekly pay: Starting at $17/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $18/hour after 90 days
Performance incentives: Earn additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance, and attendance
Standing lift incentive: Potential to earn up to an additional $100/week

- Receive and unload incoming shipments while verifying product accuracy
- Inspect furniture for damage, loss, defects, or discrepancies
- Operate equipment including dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and standing lifts
- Pick and pull product from storage locations up to 40 feet above ground level
- Safely move and handle furniture weighing 100+ lbs.
- Keep products, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Work with the team to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 100+ lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and operating a standing lift
- Previous lift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a team
