1-3 Appointments Provided Daily 5-Day Schedule Uncapped Commission

Meet with homeowners who have requested information about improving their homes.
You'll identify their needs, present the right HANSONS solution, demonstrate value, and confidently ask for the business.
Our home-improvement solutions include:
Windows Roofing Siding Gutters Baths/Showers
You don't have to come from home improvement.
We're interested in competitive, coachable people with experience in areas such as:
- In-home or outside sales
- Automotive sales or F&I
- Roofing, windows, HVAC or solar
- Real estate or insurance
- High-ticket retail
- B2B sales
- Other commission-driven sales environments
If you know how to connect with people and close, we want to talk.
You'll receive comprehensive training covering product knowledge, our sales process, job shadowing, and real-world preparation before running appointments independently.
Training also includes the opportunity to connect with company leadership, and learn more about the business firsthand.
