Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems


• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions


• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipment


• Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer line diagnostics


• Educate customers on repair and replacement options


• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation


• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call


• Follow company safety standards and plumbing codes


• Work collaboratively with dispatch and management teams

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing service experience


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to explain repair options clearly and professionally

Preferred

• Residential service plumbing experience


• Water heater installation and repair experience


• Tankless water heater experience


• Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostic experience


• Sales and customer education experience
