Job Details - Vascular Surgery
Duration: August - December
Schedule: 7-10 days/month
Shifts:
Hospital/ Inpatient: 7AM 5PM (Saturday - Thursday)
Office: 7AM 5PM (1 day per week, Friday)
Call: weekend and weeknights 1:4
Volume: see below
-Clinic / Office
patients per day in office
New patient Appointments are 30 minutes
F/U appointments 15 minutes
First Patient 08:30 Last Patient 16:30
-Weeknight:
Average # of callbacks: 7
Average # of admissions: 5
Daily Patient Load Weeknight:11
-Weekend:
Average # of callbacks: 13
Average # of admissions: 2
Scope: All skills required for a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon.
Preferred: Experience in Venous procedures.
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: Current Staff: 3 MD, 1 NP, 1 PA
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified in Vascular Surgery, Active VA license
