The Position:
•Lead a team of 3 Gynecologic Oncologists at an award-winning quaternary care center & teaching hospital - ranked the Hospital in Minneapolis and also in Inpatient Cancer Surgery
•Be busy Day 1 with an incredibly robust internal referral base
•4-day, 32-hour week
•Design your clinic and OR schedule as you like - customizable based on your preference
•Dedicated APP support
•Highly competitive compensation model: generous evergreen base salary + additional bonuses available (anticipated $585-630K+ Year 1)

The Organization:

•Privademic practice model, incorporating the best features/resources of academic programs within a community focused practice
•Collaborate closely with 80+ highly trained oncology providers, spanning all surg onc specialties, med onc, rad onc, & supportive/affiliated onc specialties
•50+ ORs & 6 DaVinci robots
•Excellent opportunity for involvement in research & clinical trials if desired, including cooperative group & early phase industry trials
•In-house genomic laboratory
•Extensive high-risk cancer surveillance programming
