HR Manager
Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland Travel Required
Full-Time Permanent

On behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly growing Facilities Management business operating across the island of Ireland, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function across the business
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and future growth plans
• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple sites
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning activities
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
• Support learning and development programmes across the organisation
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice across Ireland and Northern Ireland
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
• Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation within Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland
• Experience supporting multi-site operations would be highly advantageous
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong employee relations experience
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Commercial awareness and the ability to align people initiatives with business goals
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required

You will be comfortable operating both strategically and operationally, balancing day-to-day HR activities with longer-term planning and organisational development.
