Job Overview


Vision Mechanical is seeking a dynamic and organized HR Generalist to join our team. You will handle core HR functions, focus on employee retention, and build our employer brand through social media and career fairs.

Responsibilities




  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.


  • Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.


  • Lifecycle Management: Lead seamless, welcoming onboarding for new hires and professional offboarding processes.


  • Talent Acquisition: Advertise open roles, manage recruitment marketing, and coordinate social media hiring campaigns.


  • Community Engagement: Represent the company at career fairs and local networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.



Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field).


  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role.


  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor guidelines.


  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, writing, and conflict-resolution skills.


  • Marketing: Experience managing professional social media accounts or recruitment advertising.



  • Mobility: Ability to travel locally for career fairs and networking events.
