Responsibilities

• 
  Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.

  Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

  Lifecycle Management: Lead seamless, welcoming onboarding for new hires and professional offboarding processes.


• 
  Talent Acquisition: Advertise open roles, manage recruitment marketing, and coordinate social media hiring campaigns.


• 
  Community Engagement: Represent the company at career fairs and local networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field).


• 
  Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role.


• 
  Skills: Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor guidelines.


• 
  Communication: Excellent interpersonal, writing, and conflict-resolution skills.


• 
  Marketing: Experience managing professional social media accounts or recruitment advertising.
